One of the many things I am passionate about is energy work. As you will see by all the talk I plan to do about it here. Everyone needs to learn how to do this work as much as they do their dental or even physical hygiene. By doing so, people will feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally not to mention spiritually. It is a win-win in my eyes, and it doesn't even take too much time. On the opposite end, when we ignore the energetics in life we miss out on so much. We carry around unnecessary baggage and even pass negativity along to those around us. However, by learning these simple tools, you will have the ability to shift any situation, heal yourself, repair, and align any area of your life. And it doesn't cost a thing!
The question becomes, what is it costing you to not learn these techniques? I know it almost cost me my life! But we can get into that later on. For now, I want to give you a little gift for the Holidays. This is a short (less than 10 minutes) guided meditation to help you release your stressful day. Use it as much as you wish. My wish is it helps you in some way and you realize you have this trick at your fingertips anytime you need it. I hope it brings you lots of comfort and joy during these times of stress!
